The market for high-end Chrombooks, the kind that can stand toe-to-toe with names like “Macbook” and “XPS,” is pretty thin. But it’s getting one more entry today, courtesy of Samsung: the Galaxy Chromebook that made a splash at CES is now available at retailers. The eye-popping 13-inch convertible is $999, in flashy Ferrari red or a more toned-down silver-grey.
