If you want to show the world how much you miss your click wheel iPod, accessory maker Elago has launched a new carrying case for the original AirPods and AirPods 2 that resembles one of Apple’s old school music players.

Available for $11.99 through Amazon or straight from Elago’s online store, the AW6 case comes in all white or black and red, and is made of silicone to protect your AirPods from being damaged while bouncing around in your pocket or bag. A separate model is also available which has a keyring and carabiner attached for another dollar over the base unit.

The case measures 57mm tall, 47.5mm wide, and 24.5mm thick, and there isn’t anything particularly revolutionary about its features—except that it looks like one of Apple’s old MP3 players, of course, and that was plenty to attract our attention. The front of Elago’s AW6 case has the circular click wheel that iPods had before the device received a touchscreen for user input.

Although the wheel looks pretty authentic, complete with what seems like a “MENU” button among others, it’s not a real click wheel, only a silicone representation of one, so don’t get your hopes too high on this feeling like the actual thing. It sure looks close enough though, and hey, that’s the whole point.

As mentioned earlier, the case is compatible with Apple’s original AirPods and AirPods 2, but not the new AirPods Pro. When you have AirPods inside the case, you can charge them with a wire through an opening in the bottom of the case, or you can simply drop the case on any Qi-compatible wireless charger and it will take care of the rest.
